As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to homeowners. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency in every home we service.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and central A/C units.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, executing timely and effective repairs or replacements.
• Respond promptly to scheduled service calls and emergency requests.
• Provide homeowners with clear, professional communication regarding system issues and recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and labor time.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines, codes, and company standards.
• Stay informed about current industry trends and new technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• HVAC certification and/or completion of a trade school program preferred.
• EPA certification is a plus.
