Our expertise spans design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mission-critical fiber networks that power some of the world's largest cloud and internet platforms.Position OverviewThe Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale fiber optic installation projects for hyperscale data centers. This role requires strong technical oversight, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent fiber optic infrastructure projects for hyperscale clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular project updates, risk assessments, and performance reporting.Oversee the work of project managers, field supervisors, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet contractual obligations.Implement and enforce quality assurance, health, and safety procedures in line with industry best practices.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.Conduct site visits to oversee installation progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.Foster strong relationships with hyperscale client teams, maintaining a high level of trust and satisfaction.Essential Experience & SkillsProven track record as a Program Manager (or senior Project Manager) delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally in fiber optics, telecom, or data centers.Direct experience working with hyperscale data center clients and their operational requirements.Strong technical understanding of fiber optic networks, installation processes, and related infrastructure.Ability to manage projects remotely while leading geographically dispersed teams.Experience in high-volume, fast-paced construction or installation environments.Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification a plus).Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.Other RequirementsWillingness and ability to travel regularly (domestic and/or international) based on project demands.Legally authorized to work in relevant project regions.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Flexible remote working environment.Opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects for global technology leaders.Career growth in a fast-evolving sector.
