This Position reports to:
Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent partner companies in managing and developing the operations of a Joint Venture (JV). Each day, you will act as a bridge between ABB and JV Partner while supporting the JV Manager in delivering overall results. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the JV Manager in building the company into a customer-driven and high-performance operation.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creating and implementing an appropriate company strategy in line with ABB targets, including product/service development, project management, and sales and marketing,
• Setting and reviewing the performance targets in line with agreed strategies.
• Driving technical development and productivity improvements to enhance customer offerings/satisfaction and organizational performance.
• Developing common processes and guidelines to drive continuous improvement in the value chain, including relevant interfaces between different IT applications.
