About your workplace
We're looking for a performance-minded, creative individual who has a track record in driving digital marketing (inclusive of creator marketing, paid media, social media and content marketing). This leader will be responsible for implementing VG USA's demand generation strategy, ultimately maximizing customer lifetime value and retention by building strong personalized relationships, engagement and advocacy through data-driven initiatives. You will have direct oversight of Miele's digital campaigns, social media, influencer engagement and CRM and partner closely with our Canada and Mexico teams to share best practices and insights to advance the regional business objectives.
An ideal opportunity to perform diverse marketing functions, serving as a Senior Manager (with specialized digital focus) for Miele's residential appliance division. Working to build the brand and to support each product throughout its lifecycle. Extensive collaboration with internal departments, international HQ-based counterparts and external agency partners. A successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following critical functions and/or functional areas:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $100,000 annually plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Your Responsibilities
- Social Media & Influencer Engagement: Management of VG USA's social media channels (excluding LinkedIn) - supporting the Miele brand and its customers. Implementing the VGs social and influencer strategy - to yield strong awareness, engagement and lead generation. Trafficking creative assets and coordinating analytics review - to ensure ongoing performance optimization. Oversight of Miele's Customer Care Management agency - aligning document responses, monitoring and reporting. Upholding company-wide social media standards, policies and rules of engagement. Channels limited to: Facebook (paid and organic) and Instagram (paid only).
- Performance Marketing: Strategy, execution and analysis of performance marketing campaigns (PPC, Performance Max, Shopping, etc.) to support D2C sales and overall business objectives. Management (and allocation) of associated media budgets across all performance marketing activities. Oversight of SEO and related onsite search initiatives.
- Data & Analytics: Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection laws. Utilize web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance and to generate actionable reports and insights.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversight of systems, strategies and communications to build long-term customer relationships. Driving lifetime value and brand affinity. Monitoring and analyzing campaign results, across all CRM channels to improve key engagement, retention and ROI metrics. Delivering qualified traffic - from acquisition to conversion.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications with a minimum 7 years of professional experience in a related field (ideally within the premium, consumer durables arena.)
- Specialized focus on digital marketing, social media, influencer/Creator Marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Internal and/or external agency experience (within an international corporation) preferred.
- Well-rounded marketer with comprehensive and current expertise in paid, earned and owned including Affiliate Marketing, CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach) and performance marketing tools (Google Analytics).
- Deep understanding and experience in creator marketing and its evolving role in media mix.
- Understanding of how digital marketing fits within larger integrated communications model.
- Strong analytical skills, converting data insights into strategic marketing actions.
- High business acumen and a commercially driven mindset, with consumer-centric thinking.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across various teams; ability to translate technical into clearly articulated ideas and present concepts to executives.
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement operationally.
- Marketing curiosity with desire to explore and share POV on digital marketing, performance marketing and creator/influencer trends and insights.
- Problem solver with a growth mindset who can translate the complex into clear action.
- Ability to work collaboratively with agency and internal partners to translate data into meaningful insights and action.
