Position Overview:

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to generate qualified leads and increase revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS marketing, expertise in digital marketing tactics and marketing automation tools, and the ability to drive results through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target key prospects within ideal customer profile (ICP) segments customer segments to drive growth and acquisition.
  • Align demand generation efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, display advertising, PPC, social media, and more.
  • Create compelling and targeted marketing content to engage prospects and drive conversions.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to manage and track campaign performance.
  • Develop lead scoring and nurturing programs to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead handoff process and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement strategies to re-engage and nurture cold or inactive leads.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to executive team on demand generation activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams to align messaging and strategies.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless execution of demand generation initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in demand generation efforts.
  • Work with G2M teams to ensure revenue data integrity within the HubSpot environment, specifically ensuring all lead generation activities are properly tracked and attributed in HubSpot.
  • Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects aimed at increasing sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.
  • Create and manage Hubspot custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping
  • Manage user access and permissions within HubSpot, handling setups, deactivations, and data transfers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, PPC, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's marketing, sales, and CRM functionalities. This includes creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and reporting.
  • Experience with additional marketing automation platforms including 6Sense
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and website marketing best practices, including site optimization, content management, and user experience improvements.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Certifications (optional but beneficial):
  • Certifications in various HubSpot disciplines (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing).
  • Google Analytics Certification

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
