This Position reports to:
Technical Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales support strategy using specific technical capability for the designated area in line with the global support strategy and focus on supporting configuration and quotation requirements. Each day, you will oversee estimations, bids, and proposals, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.

This role is contributing to the EL smart power business in Xiamen, China.

You will be mainly accountable for

• Support export sales team in the bidding stage for the key projects, including customized demand identification, optimized solution, project full-cost verification, risk review and pricing strategy discussion, etc.
• Manage and maintain technical frame agreement for global key accounts, support ABB technical communication and solution promotion.
• Participate or lead bidding project review, lesson learn and experience sharing, organize regular internal training sessions and communication.
• Provide leadership and customer-driven management in teamwork, collaborate for internal resource allocation, ensure high performance in cross-function coordination.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or other related field.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in related field.
• Familiar with LV Switchgear's products and marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English, familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office and other related software.
