Function description

As an HR Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the organizational strategy. You'll work closely with senior leaders, guiding them through complex HR challenges and helping shape the future of our workforce.

Requirements

• Advising and supporting management and relevant departments on operational, tactical, and strategic HR matters-both proactively and upon request.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including senior management, on topics such as succession planning, budgeting & forecasting, retention, and talent development.
• Enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Driving continuous improvement in processes, policies, and HR tools.
• Enabling fact-based decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
• Evaluating staffing and planning needs in terms of workforce and roles.
• Preparing and following up on annual performance reviews and salary proposals.

You're proactive and a critical sparring partner for the business and stakeholders. You're strategically strong but also enjoy being hands-on.

You bring:

• Relevant HR experience, preferably in offshore, maritime, technical, or industrial environments.
• A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in HRM, Change Management, Organizational Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor law, absenteeism, and employment conditions.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
