TotalEnergies Marketing Italia Spa, the new corporate name of Total Italia Spa as of September 1, 2021, has been present in Italy for over sixty years and oversees all distribution activities for lubricants, specialty fluids and solvents, fuels (aviation and motorsport), and LNG.

Activities

• Ensure efficient product availability in line with company budget targets, both in terms of stock value and volume.
• Manage relationships with suppliers (local and Group), monitoring the market to optimize the quality/price ratio where possible.
• Plan weekly purchases, systematically controlling stock quantities and values to meet quality and quantity standards defined by the budget.
• Oversee the introduction of new lubricant products into the warehouse based on RMC guidance, updating replenishment tools, defining availability timelines, and ensuring cost control.
• Manage finished product procurement through primary logistics, ensuring timely deliveries from Company and non-Company suppliers in line with transport agreements.
• Oversee monthly stock reconciliations and support invoice control for relevant suppliers.
• Maintain cost control by updating the finished products cost database in compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures.
• Handle complaints promptly and accurately, ensuring registration, analysis, resolution, and corrective actions.
• Provide accurate data for SAP database updates in line with warehouse management standards and cost controls.
• Contribute to reporting activities by monitoring qualitative and quantitative performance indicators (e.g., stock trends, slow-moving items) in Stock Committee meetings, identifying actions to improve service quality and reduce costs.

Candidate Profile

• Basic technical knowledge of lubricant product characteristics.
• Strong expertise in logistics, production, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of tax and safety regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI and MM modules and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
