TotalEnergies Marketing Italia Spa, the new corporate name of Total Italia Spa as of September 1, 2021, has been present in Italy for over sixty years and oversees all distribution activities for lubricants, specialty fluids and solvents, fuels (aviation and motorsport), and LNG.

Activities

  • Act as the main contact point for the Automotive channel within the sales department, liaising with other functions (Marketing, P&L, DAF, etc.).
  • Provide periodic sales reporting and targeted analysis of sales trends for the Automotive channel to the Lub Auto & Distributors Sales Director.
  • Support the Sales Director in Long-Term Plan (LTP) processes, specific projects (e.g., distributor contract renewals, sales development), and perform stand-in duties when required.
  • Identify and contribute to the improvement of sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage the approval process for Auto/Distributor sales proposals (according to delegation level), including control of the Economics tool.
  • Set up and manage contracts and agreements in the PUMA system (uploading commercial policies, EYB/MYB agreements) in line with approvals.
  • Act as focal point for the finalization of multi-year investment agreements and ensure proper coordination among stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate activities related to the TWC project, interacting with Marketing for proposals/renderings, DM for implementation, and DAF for reporting and sales analysis.
  • Oversee the CAPEX Automotive budget: coordinate finalization and management of multi-year investments, align with DAF for budget reporting, and monitor contractual trends (new agreements, performance, closures).

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in budgeting and financial control activities.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales and market data.
  • Knowledge of lubricants products and their market.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both internal and customer relationships effectively.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Proficiency in English; French language knowledge is a plus.
