Ich übernehme die fachliche Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams zur Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten im Bereich des Engpassmanagements und der Integration neuer Flexibilitäten

Meine Aufgaben im Detail:

• Erstellen von Analysen zu energiewirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Umfeld des nationalen und internationalen Engpassmanagements,
• Übernahme von Projektleitungsaufgaben im Umfeld des Engpassmanagements,
• Anpassung bestehender bzw. Entwicklung neuer Engpassmanagement-Prozesse einschließlich Ausgestaltung / Spezifikation notwendiger IT-Systeme,
• Entwicklung von Prozessverbesserungen und Konzepten zur Qualitätssteigerung räumlich hochaufgelöster EE-Prognosen, auch unter Einbindung der Anbieter,
• Spezifikation und Betreuung der Entwicklung von Analyse- und Auswerteskripten in Zusammenarbeit mit Datenanalysten,
• Betreuung externer Studien,
• Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen der Übertragungsnetzbetreiber (national, international),
• Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Behörden, Marktakteure, Verbände...).

Mein Kompetenzprofil:

• Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium Wirtschaftsingenieur, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik, o.ä.,
• Erste Berufserfahrung und gute energiewirtschaftliche Kenntnisse,
• Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement,
• Praktische Erfahrung in Datenanalyse und Statistik,
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenverarbeitung (z. B. Datenbanken) wünschenswert,
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Skriptsprachen (Python, R, MATLAB,...) wünschenswert,
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit neuronalen Netzen wünschenswert,
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2), französische Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
