職務内容

• 日本法人の財務管理全般を担当し、正確性、コンプライアンス、戦略的整合性を確保する。
• 地域ファイナンスチームと連携し、財務諸表が真実かつ正確であり、グループ基準に沿っていることを確認する。
• 日本基準（J-GAAP）および国際財務報告基準（IFRS）に基づく財務諸表を作成・分析し、外部監査法人との年次監査プロセスを主導する。
• キャッシュフローを監視・管理し、会社の財務的安定性を維持し、事業運営を支援する。
• グループ方針および国内規制要件の双方に準拠するための財務方針・手続きを策定・維持する。
• 日本における主要な財務担当者として、現地のステークホルダーの窓口となる。
• ジュニアファイナンスチームメンバーの監督および指導を行う。

応募資格

• 財務管理の経験。
• 日本基準（J-GAAP）、税法、会社法に関する十分な知識。
• IFRSの確かな理解およびグループ連結報告の経験。
• 財務システムSAPに関する経験
• ネイティブ日本語力と、ビジネスレベルの英語力
