Position Title: Power Generation Compliance & Project Coordinator
Location: Warm Springs, VA
Position Status: Full Time
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $110,000

Position Description:
This role supports the Renewable Energy fleet by ensuring compliance with NERC and ISO regulatory standards. Responsibilities include coordinating compliance reporting, maintaining cybersecurity and physical security programs, tracking regulatory risks, leading station-level projects, managing change requests and cyber asset inventories, supporting audit readiness, and providing reporting to leadership. The position requires working both in office and industrial environments with up to 25% travel.

Required Skills/Education:

• 5-6+ years in power generation or regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of NERC standards, PGRC procedures, and ISO tariffs
• Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience at a power station
• Comfortable working in industrial environments (up to 25% exposure to heat, noise, confined spaces)
• Ability to travel up to 25%
