Arizent is looking for a Client Program Manager, Demand Generation to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, organized project manager who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys turning ideas into results.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our demand generation programs, working closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and on point. You'll guide clients through the process, set clear timelines and deliverables, and ensure everything runs smoothly from kickoff to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead kickoff calls with clients and internal teams to review project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Create production schedules with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Educate clients on our demand generation products and provide consultative guidance on execution.
  • Monitor program performance and make recommendations to improve results.
  • Troubleshoot issues with internal teams, vendors, or clients directly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral and review materials.
  • Deliver campaign results and insights to clients to encourage future opportunities.
  • Manage additional projects as needed, including coordinating print and digital ad placements in national outlets.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of project management experience, including client-facing work.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with marketing/CRM tools such as Salesforce, Omeda, Marketo, or Eloqua (preferred).
  • B2B experience and CMS knowledge a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
