Rehlko is looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual as a Small Generator Assembler C - line - KPS - S2. Join our team of committed individuals as we grow and strengthen your manufacturing career.

Specific responsibilities:

• The back-of-line House build job is made up of 5 positions on the line, (Tank Prep/Mount, Enclosure drop over, Door build, Door installation with pack & wrap, and Enclosure build.
• Will be required to rotate between the 5 positions once training is complete.
• Above shoulder work as needed.
• Operating crane and hoist as needed.
• Usage of hand and power tools.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Proficiency is required in all 5 positions.
• Must be able to bend, squat, twist and lift to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
• Ability to read blueprint readings as needed.
• Ability to obtain crane and hoist certification.

The hourly salary range for this position is $25.05 working on 3rd Shift. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
