This Position reports to:
HR Front Office Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a suitable candidate for administrative support in HR Front Office in Brno. You don't need to have experience in HR, we require knowledge of working with MS Excel and moderately advanced knowledge of English. The position is also suitable for students or parents on parental leave.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: onsite

  • Supporting the team in HR administration
  • Archiving and scanning HR documentation
  • Updating local manuals
  • Supporting HR projects


Qualifications for the Role

  • High school education
  • Moderately advanced knowledge of English language (mainly email communication)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel - working with data, contingency tables, Outlook)
  • Diligence
