We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (EPC) to join major onshore brownfield LSTK Oil & Gas projects team in Saudi Arabia. If you have a proven track record in delivering complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and working with top-tier stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project delivery from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

• Drive performance to meet budget, schedule, and HSE excellence goals.

• Provide clear direction, guidance, and motivation to multi-disciplinary teams.

• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and risks, addressing challenges proactively.

• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to meet milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of project management experience in Oil & Gas/Energy sectors.

• Proven onshore brownfield EPC (LSTK) project delivery experience.

• Recent (last 3 years) experience on Aramco or similar major Middle Eastern operator contracts.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Eligible for a Saudi work visa in line with local labor and immigration regulations.
