Job Description
The Digital Workplace Administrator manages and supports day-to-day operations of digital collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and ChatGPT Enterprise. This role ensures reliable service delivery, user support, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor service health dashboards, usage analytics, and log alerts across platforms.
Respond to Tier 1-2 incidents, execute service requests, and escalate technical issues.
Support onboarding/offboarding, including access and licensing.
Document standard operating procedures and end-user guides.
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
Experience: 2+ years in IT operations or helpdesk, with at least 1 year supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Teams configuration.
Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with DocuSign administration preferred.
Exposure to SaaS platforms, including generative AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise is a plus).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and user-oriented communication.
