Job Description Summary

We are seeking a visionary and expert leader in NX and Teamcenter (TC) to guide our team of Product Definition Engineers into a new era of automation, efficiency, and excellence. This is not an operator position; it is an opportunity to shape the future of our processes, develop talent, and transform how GE Aerospace designs and builds the next generation of aircraft engines.
In this role, you will craft a clear strategy focused on delivering business value, develop an operating model that enables scaling, standardize processes wherever possible, and leverage out-of-the-box technology while reusing best practices from paths already explored by others. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact between the engineering team and the Digital Engineering Solutions area. You will lead the development of a hub for NX and TC application assessments and create a global learning roadmap for all GE Aerospace sites
