Position Overview

We are seeking an Integrations Analyst (Offshore) to work independently on ICANotes Classic. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer to take ownership of projects while contributing to healthcare technology that makes a real difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Integrations integrations-related ticket queue for our Classic platform
• Work with database systems, including SQL and MongoDB, for data management and optimization
• Implement and maintain HL7 integrations for healthcare data exchange
• Configure and manage Mirth Connect channels for healthcare data processing
• Independently troubleshoot and debug existing applications; take ownership of testing and quality assurance processes as needed
• Communicate progress/challenges/updates effectively with both internal stakeholders and directly with customers

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a business or product analyst, or technical customer support, or similar role in healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of EHR/PM systems and healthcare workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
• Previous experience working with Filemaker as an advanced admin user, Filemaker development work a nice to have
• Proficiency with project management and ticketing systems (e.g, Jira)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams

Nice to have:

• HL7 Standards: Understanding of HL7 messaging standards for healthcare data exchange
• CCDA Standards: understanding of the construct of XML as it refers to CCDAs
• Mirth Connect: Experience with Mirth Connect for healthcare integration and data transformation
• Database Experience: Working knowledge of SQL queries, MongoDB queries, and FileMaker Pro
