Position Requirements

The impact you'll make

• • Own multiple jobsites end-to-end to deliver quality work on schedule; communicate consistently with builders/GCs, vendors, and Dave Jones office and field teams.
  • Drive schedules, budgets, and materials-review timelines, anticipate needs, and keep billing aligned to the project schedule.
  • Be the pre-construction partner-estimate, assist with design questions, and coordinate material selections and takeoffs to set projects up for success.
  • Collaborate across the field-work with Preconstruction, Field Superintendents, Safety, and Crew Leaders to surface and resolve issues quickly.
  • Strengthen contractor relationships and represent Dave Jones with professionalism and urgency.
  • Lead safety by example-champion safe work practices, ensure documentation is complete, and hold teams accountable to DJ Safety Policies.

What you bring

• • Proven pre-construction experience (estimating, design-assist/constructability reviews, bid scoping, material takeoffs).
  • A long history in HVAC construction-you've built your career in HVAC and can speak the language with trade partners.
  • 5+ years of construction experience (preferred).
  • Clear communication-written and verbal-with the ability to navigate tough conversations and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Organizational horsepower-prioritization, multitasking, and deadline management in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech comfort with Microsoft Office and daily digital workflows.
  • Valid driver's license; PM certifications a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• • Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience).
