JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an Interface Manager, reporting directly to Head of Project Management to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

About the role:

• Internal discipline interfaces and external interfaces by coordinating across all related disciplines in order to meet the requirements
• Ensure all interface points are clearly identified, and parties are aligned and understand their scope boundaries and responsibilities, ensuring no gaps or overlaps exist.
• Technical data needs from each party are identified early and exchanges/agreements are planned so there is no negative effect on the WORK.
• Key interface data is documented, updated, monitored through to resolution and communicated on a timely basis.
• Stakeholders supplying the information have clear expectations of what, when, and who needs the work items so they can complete their work on a planned basis, without unnecessary tasks or rework.

About you:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field
• At least fifteen (15) years experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least ten (10) years experience in interface engineering of LNG Plants.
• FEED and EPCI experience in LNG Plants
• Working knowledge / overview of general engineering of LNGs and other Oil and Gas Facilities
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards
