We are hiring immediately for a Electrical Technician 2 - BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) & Load Bank in our Baltimore, MD Service Center - a role that will help us power progress for our customers.

What you'll do:

You'll be based out of our Baltimore, MD Service center.

Minimum 70% of Travel

You'll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends, and travel (upon short notice).

Perform planned maintenance on Battery Energy Storage systems as well as test and troubleshoot to repair.

Preparing Battery Energy Storage Systems(BESS) for hire shop, Project Commissioning, fault finding and repair on-site and in shop.

Provide field support by assisting in installation of battery system

Asist in training of battery backup systems.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:

High School diploma/GED

4+ years of electrical experience within the Utility Sector or similar industry

Perform planned maintenance on Battery Energy Storage system, Load Banks test and troubleshoot to repair.

Understanding of AC and DC power, 3 phase system, component

Must have valid Drivers License Real ID compliant & passport bonus

Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
