Wood is recruiting for a Training & Office Coordinator to join its Operations business focusing on Oil & Gas. This opportunity is onsite, based in Sheridan, WY, United States, and comes with full benefits.

The Role
As Training & Office Coordinator, you will support both the training function and administrative operations for the Sheridan office and field teams. You will manage training records for over 1,000 employees, coordinate training sessions, run completion reports, and support various office tasks including travel arrangements, expense reporting, cell phone setup, and supply ordering. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The position is office-based with a set schedule between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and offers advancement opportunities as the business unit grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use Excel, Microsoft Work and Outlook
- Must be able to enter data and run reports in Excel
- Ability to extract Excel data and correctly use that data to formulate reports
- Able to work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, experience, and projects
- Able to troubleshoot basic cell phone technology issues, including iPhone and Samsung
- Confidentiality for sensitive organizational and manager information is essential

Expected:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship from Wood
Desirable:
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
- Experience with phone and computer setup
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist across the business
