About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in defining, developing, and evolving software in an agile environment. You'll work across the stack, from crafting intuitive front-end interfaces to building robust back-end services, all while collaborating with a team of talented engineers. You'll also have the opportunity to research and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience, making a direct impact on the future of SaaS innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Research, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with Sr. Architects, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and deliverables.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Apply principles of SDLC, Lean/Agile/XP methodologies, CI/CD, and testing techniques.
• Proactively provide technical leadership and share knowledge and insights across the team to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in .NET and C# for back-end application development.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases and non-relational databases (e.g., CosmosDB).
• Experience working with cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:
• Skills in software design and architecture.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Familiarity with cloud security authentication and authorization.
• Ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide technical support.
