Analyze tool failures and make decisions regarding replacements or alternative techniques. Prepare and sign service orders and ensure the customer representative signs service orders. Participate in project management activities, such as equipment and personnel planning, scheduling and budgeting as assigned by the Project Manager during all phases of a project.
