Compensation: Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Commission (OTE up to $250,000)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell HVAC and Plumbing service solutions using a value-based consultative approach
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients
- Negotiate service contracts, retrofits, and maintenance agreements
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure flawless project execution
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within established timelines
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and local building codes
- Communicate customer needs and project requirements across departments
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in Commercial HVAC or Plumbing services (not distribution)
- 10+ years total experience in the HVAC or Plumbing industry
- Proven track record in customer service and client retention
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
