What You'll be Doing

Spectralink is seeking a hands-on, strategic marketing team player to develop and deploy our global marketing and demand generation engine. This role is focused on delivering scalable, measurable programs across multiple channels to drive qualified pipeline, customer growth, and loyalty-from top of funnel through long-term retention.

This position reports directly to the VP of Global Marketing and plays a critical role in scaling our revenue engine alongside our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Operations lead and Channel Marketing teams. While ABM delivers high-value, account-specific impact, this role ensures the broader market is reached through always-on digital, content-led, and field-driven programs.

Key Responsibilities

Global Demand Generation Strategy
  • Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy that complements ABM and delivers marketing-sourced pipeline at scale.
  • Develop quarterly campaign plans aligned with sales priorities, product initiatives, and target personas.
  • Maintain an integrated calendar across demand gen activities, product launches, and regional marketing needs.

Multi-Channel Program Execution
  • Own the planning and execution of programs across:
    • Paid digital (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting).
    • Website traffic and conversion optimization.
    • Webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
    • Lifecycle email campaigns and nurture flows.
    • Content distribution: whitepapers, use cases, case studies, customer stories, etc.
  • Manage and coordinate closely with contractors and agency partners for content, design, and paid media needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work directly with the VP of Global Marketing to align demand strategy with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the ABM/Marketing Ops leads to coordinate lead flow, campaign infrastructure, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to define lead criteria, improve follow-up processes, and share campaign insights.
  • Liaise with Product Marketing for messaging guidance and product-level initiatives.
  • Work alongside Channel Marketing in the U.S. and EMEA to ensure regional alignment and execution support.

Lifecycle and Customer Marketing
  • Build marketing programs that span the full customer journey:
    • New logo acquisition.
    • Onboarding and activation.
    • Product adoption and feature promotion.
    • Loyalty and retention campaigns.
    • Customer win-back for re-engagement.
  • Develop and deploy content that supports customers throughout their lifecycle-from decision to renewal.

Platform and Channel Ownership
  • Own execution within:
    • Salesforce and Pardot (email, scoring, tracking).
    • 6Sense (insights, audience targeting).
    • CMS and website analytics tools.
    • Webinar and virtual event platforms.
  • Ensure campaign tagging, lead source attribution, and UTM discipline are in place for all programs.

Measurement, Reporting and Optimization
  • Define KPIs across funnel stages: MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and retention.
  • Work with the ABM/Ops team to deliver performance reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Run structured A/B testing and optimization cycles across email, web, and content offers.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports to the VP of Marketing and Sales leadership with clear insights and recommendations.

Required Experience and Skills
  • 8-10 years in B2B marketing, including at least five years leading global demand generation or campaign strategy.
  • A clear track record of building full-funnel programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience in working across regions and globally - collaborating with Channel and Sales stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys and how to meet prospects with the right content, in the right format, at the right time.
  • Strong analytical skills with strong proficiency on how to look beyond CTRs and focus on conversion and revenue metrics.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, webinar tools, and CMS/analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Location: Our strong preference is for this person to be local and able to come to our Louisville, CO office 3 days each week however we will consider remote for the right candidate.
