We are looking for a highly experienced Company and ISO Management Systems Lead to join our HSSE & Sustainability team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, certification, and continual improvement of the Company Management System (CMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 29001 Quality Management System.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key member of the HSSE & Sustainability team, you will:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of CMS, ISO 14001, and ISO 29001 systems.
• Facilitate gap assessments, documentation control, and internal audits to ensure compliance and readiness for certification and surveillance audits.
• Support the PDCA cycle implementation and organize management reviews to drive system effectiveness.
• Ensure documented information is properly created, maintained, protected, and controlled, including external specifications and records of conformity.
• Coordinate certification and recertification processes with accredited bodies, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
• Provide governance support across departments and contribute to safety and hygiene initiatives.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• A degree or diploma in engineering, occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 to 15 years of experience in HSE or ISO management systems within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in developing governance policies, procedures, and leading certification programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 29001 standards and implementation practices.
• Certifications in BOSIET, IMS/ICS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and information management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI).
• Fluent in English with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
