About the Role We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our project Delivery team. This role will play a key part in managing project contracts and administering associated project controls to support the construction and commissioning of large, complex renewables infrastructure projects in Australia. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end contract suite on large scale, complex renewables projects in construction. Support project leadership to ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to. Provide advice and support the negotiation of contract variations and amendments during construction. Maintain control processes and develop systems to manage contract documents and correspondence. Build good working relationships with contractor counterparts, focusing on prompt resolution of issues while protecting our interests. Support project and executive leadership in handling any claims escalation or disputes processes. Skills and Experience: Graduate level degree in law, business, or a relevant field; a legal background is advantageous. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and relevant regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex contractual situations and provide practical solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Location: Melbourne (preference) or Sydney Why Join Us?
