SmartAcre's Demand Generation Coordinator moves work from strategy to execution on time, aligned to expectations, and error-free. You'll split time between account coordination and demand-generation tactics, helping move campaigns forward to support Directors and Account Managers' core focus on strategy and client growth.

What you'll do

Account Coordination (≈40%)
  • Own project-management tools for Team B: start hot lists; add account plan to Wrike and Basecamp; keep Basecamp current.
  • Coordinate action items and assign in PM tools. Be accountable to ensuring follow-through; nudge overdue tasks to resolution.
  • Support client communications by helping with task updates, communications and due dates; elevate risks to the team and in team meetings.
  • Run QA/proofing on deliverables (e.g., test emails, verify links), building out custom GPTs to support consistent QAs where applicable and allowed by the client.
  • Additional tasks as needed to support the coordination of client deliverables.

Demand-Gen Execution (≈40%)
  • Build emails, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot; configure lists and nurture steps.
  • Support paid media operations (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads): implement targeting, upload creative, QA pixels and conversions.
  • Create and publish social media content; collaborate on/produce simple graphics (e.g., Figma) to accompany posts.
  • Set up tracking (e.g., UTMs), validate attribution, and compile weekly KPI snapshots.
  • Execute CRO checklists on landing pages (headline/CTA tests, form friction fixes).
  • Additional demand gen tasks may follow with experience.

Operations & Reporting (≈10%)
  • Help consolidate QBR reports: pull data (e.g., email sends, campaign results) and draft insights/next steps.

Internal Support (≈10%)
  • Maintain knowledge base items (SOPs, checklists, templates) for repeatable work.
  • Support SmartAcre marketing where applicable (social media, case studies, insights posts)

Success metrics
  • Billable utilization: 80% expected billable utilization
  • QA error rate: ≤2% post-delivery
  • Client CSAT: Positive client feedback

What you'll bring
  • 1-3 years in marketing coordination, campaign ops, or agency experience (internships count).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub (email, LPs, forms, lists, workflows).
  • Comfortable with Google Ads, UTM tracking, and Google Sheets.
  • Data-obsessed with strong editing/proofing skills and crisp, client-ready writing.
  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines with proactive follow-up with the goal of having basecamp up to date.
  • A Never Settle mindset that thrives on feedback and consistently looks for ways to raise the bar.
  • HubSpot certifications; SEO fundamentals.
  • Figma experience for simple graphics.

Tools you'll use
  • HubSpot, Google Workspace, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Wrike, Basecamp, LinkedIn, QA checklists (and standard templates), plus Figma for lightweight graphics.

Growth path
  • Advance to Demand Generation Specialist or Campaign Manager (account-focused), based on strengths.
  • Access to certification stipends and playbook training.
