This Position reports to:
Accounting & Reporting Manager-Payable

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the FAO P2P in China XMN COE.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Payment team operation and management
• Reviewing, verifying, and processing payment approval, ensuring their accuracy and completeness before payment out.
• Review and post financial data accurately into the accounting system and maintaining up-to-date records following ABB accounting rules.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures including accruals and reconciliations.
• Review regular reports on accounts payable activities, including aging reports, outstanding payments etc. including fluctuations monitoring.
• Perform P2P process controll owner for manager asigned sub-process.
• Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Payable team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
• Participate local and grobal projects and meetings.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• At least 3 years job experience at finance and accounting position
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance and Accounting
• Good oral and written English.
• Good framework thinking and problem solving skill, g ood written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in team leader on payment processing or project
• Good at CFIN/SAP/Excel/PPT/Power BI/Marco/Outlook/Teams ect. office skills
• Possess strong numerical sensitivity, clear logical reasoning in calculations.
• Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation.
