About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

You will play a key role in transforming Global Marine's operational landscape by driving process improvement and advancing process maturity. Using Celonis and other digital tools, you will identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and accelerate the shift toward standardized, automated, and scalable processes.

You will be part of the Global Marine Strategy and Process team, Part of ExxonMobil's Global Marine Organization in EM's Global Supply Chain, which is on point to transform Global Marine and deliver significant business value (>$0.5G).

Houston, Spring Campus

What you will do

  • You will lead efforts to harmonize end-to-end workflows, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals and optimized for performance
  • You drive the implementation of these harmonized and streamlined end-to-end processes and effective utilization of digital systems to deliver business outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to increased efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency across the organization
  • As a process advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
  • You will support the adoption of new ways of working, helping teams embrace change and unlock the full potential of digital transformation
  • You act act as a transformation ambassador ensuring cross-functional alignment, and fostering new ways of working across teams to drive sustainable adoption of operating model changes
  • You will also contribute to the development and execution of a process maturity roadmap, guiding Global Marine's journey toward process excellence, leverage process mining technology to drive sustainable impact

About you

Skills and Qualification

  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant supply chain and/or logistics process management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • The candidate needs to be able to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries in a global multinational environment and posesses strong change management and communication skills
  • You bring aprocess-first mindset, with a strong ability to assess, redesign, and optimize complex operational workflows
  • You are a critical thinker that constructively challenges the status quo with a relentless drive to improve and deliver business value

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • You aredigitally savvy, with a solid understanding of how to leverage digital tools and platforms-especially Celonis-to drive process insights and improvements
  • In your prior work, you demonstrated the ability to transform processes and have hands-on experience in Business Process Management and Business Process redesign
  • Experience withCelonisor similar process mining and execution management platforms is highly beneficial. Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus
