Position Overview:
We're seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Energy Consultants. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start a career in renewable energy, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a results-driven environment. Full training is provided-no prior experience required.

What You'll Do:

• Educate potential clients about solar energy solutions and cost savings.
• Conduct consultations (via phone, Zoom, or in person) to understand customer needs.
• Assist clients with evaluating energy usage and solar options.
• Build trust and develop relationships with homeowners and decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed performance goals while contributing to team success.
