Temporary Install Tech

Position: Temporary Install Tech
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Location: In-person
Reports to: Mechanical Coordinator
Position Duration: Now - December 19th, 2025
Pay: Hourly at $20.50/hour
Job Responsibilities:

As a Temporary Solar Installation Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Erecting solar panel racking systems
• Moving and organizing materials on-site
• Installing solar panels
• Assisting with various tasks as directed by the site supervisor

Safety and Compliance:

Adherence to safety protocols and the Ethos safety policy is mandatory. You will be required to follow all safety guidelines, attend daily safety briefings, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Your commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is critical.

Compensation and Payment:

• Hourly Rate: You will be paid $20.50 per hour.
• Overtime: Overtime may be required and will be compensated according to federal and state laws.
• Payment Schedule: Payments will be made on a biweekly basis.

• Temporary Nature: This is a temporary position that is expected to conclude on December 19th of 2025. As such, there are no benefits associated with this position, and employment will end automatically at the specified date.
• Confidentiality: During your employment, you may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information related to the project. You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of this information both during and after your employment with Ethos Green Power Cooperative.
• Weather: Weather impacts our ability to accomplish work safely. There may be days when work is not offered due to unsafe conditions. We may make up for lost time by working longer days.
