Your Journey to Success:
We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Demand Generation Coordinator to execute outbound lead generation campaigns that drive a qualified pipeline for our sales team. This role will work closely with sales and marketing to translate audience goals into targeted prospecting lists, manage HubSpot sequences, monitor campaign performance, and generate route leads for the appropriate salespeople.

We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Demand Generation Coordinator to execute outbound lead generation campaigns that drive a qualified pipeline for our sales team. This role will work closely with sales and marketing to translate audience goals into targeted prospecting lists, manage HubSpot sequences, monitor campaign performance, and generate route leads for the appropriate salespeople.
Your Mission:
Lead and Execute Outbound Prospecting
- Manage and execute outbound initiatives while mentoring SDRs.
- Build accurate prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Set up and manage multi-touch sequences in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring personalization and data quality.
- Track and report on prospecting metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions).
Coordinate and Manage Conference Attendance
- Plan, execute, and manage MFour's participation in industry conferences.
- Ensure timely follow-up on conference-generated leads.
Coordinate with Marketing on Campaign Efforts
- Align outbound activities with broader marketing and sales campaigns.
- Support integrated outreach across email, social, and events.
Maintain Data Integrity
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Salesforce and HubSpot records.
- Continuously improve processes, messaging, and team efficiency.
Qualifications that Set You Apart
- 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or sales operations in a B2B environment
Familiarity with HubSpot (email sequencing, reporting) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce - Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and tracking prospect lists
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with both Sales and Marketing teams
- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Salary Range - $117,000 - $150,000 OTE
