As part of our ambitious growth and continuous improvement efforts, we are seeking a Technical Team Lead for our Third Party Due Diligence Team to be the application owner / technical lead of the new case management application and develop and maintain the reporting analytics and dashboards. The Due Diligence Team is hosted by Motion Legal & Integrity on behalf of all Business Areas and Corporate Functions. This role is pivotal in building our new operating model within the Legal and Integrity function for our Due Diligence Team. It will be part of a larger simplification exercise in how we manage risk in our supplier and sales channel ecosystems.
The Technical Lead reports to the Integrity Operations Manager and will be responsible for selection , design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the case management application and analytics, including administration, integration, and reporting dashboards that support the third-party due diligence processes. This role ensures integration and a seamless data flow between Salesforce, SAP Ariba, and the case management application , while also delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards.
This role is open globally, but preferred locations are set in one of our European ABB Motion offices. T he work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid .

Key Responsibilities
- Support the selection of an appropriate case management application according to the requirements
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the case management application by managing user access and system configurations.
- Ensure the application works reliably, serves its users, and remains fit for purpose for supported business processes to deliver value to the organization.
- Lead and sustain seamless integrations between the case management application , Salesforce (TPM Sell), and SAP Ariba (TPM Buy), guaranteeing data integrity and reducing manual data entry.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the case management application across relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into due diligence workflows, risk assessments, and key operational performance indicators.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for resolving issues such as timeouts, login problems, and data synchronization errors across all connected tools .
- Partner with Legal & Integrity, P2P, SAP Ariba, and O2C, Salesforce.com teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or workflow improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data flow diagrams, ensuring compliance with internal architecture and security requirements ,
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory obligations, compliance frameworks, and any other applicable regulations.
- Chairs the application governance board on a regular basis to review and agree on operations, costs, and strategy with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8 + years' experience overseeing enterprise applications, preferably within compliance or case management environments.
- Demonstrated e xperience in ServiceNow, Salesforce .com and SAP Ariba, including deep knowledge of APIs and integration strategies.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and data modeling, as well as Excel proficiency for creating impactful operational reports.
- Skilled in developing effective presentations using PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management for iterative delivery of features and enhancements
- Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, and to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a global, distributed organization.
- Familiarity with case management applications (e.g., CaseIQ , ServiceNow, Salesforce.com) and workflow automation tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar preferred
