We are looking for a Cost Engineer Packages with the following details :

Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Duration : 12 months, renewable

Work Status : Residential, Single

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Refinery OR Petrochemical background
• Degree: Master's degree
• Certification (If required): SAP
• Training or Other requirements: Fluent English / PMP is a plus
• 10 years of relevant experience as Cost Engineer

Service Specific Skills

• The service holder shall have the objective to ensure within limits of job holder responsibilities that Cost activities handled by packages are aligned with the objectives of the Project in terms of Process, Quality and Schedule
• Demonstrate high team work ability with various Packages
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Change Order Management
• Strong commands of oral and written English.
• Interpersonal skills; ability to work with others in collaborative manner
• Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor, and analytical mind.
• Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.).
