Ensure all assigned equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionality and minimum failures. Responsible for improving asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time through reduction of asset waiting for maintenance. Responsible to support Continuous Improvement culture, initiatives & execute remedial work plan within his/ her location. Responsible for implementing reliability practices. Implement Cost of Service Delivery projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts. Utilize maintenance business systems to reach full cost, time, and equipment traceability for maintenance performance (movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain). When relevant participating in failure investigations Follow fixed-step training program and ensure his/her training is on schedule and accurately recorded. Must have the minimum of a high school certification. 10 years' experience in Surface Well Testing Equipment repair. Previous Surface Well Testing field experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge in valve repair and pressure testing equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the United States without sponsorship.
