Position Overview
The Facilities Manager provides strategic leadership and active involvement in warehouse operations, fleet management, and facilities maintenance across Namaste Solar's Denver and Boulder locations. This role combines leadership and hands-on work, setting direction while also taking on key projects and quarterly priorities to drive the company's success
The Facilities Manager ensures that warehouse staff, fleet partners, and facilities vendors work seamlessly together to support residential, O&M, and commercial field teams - enabling them to stay productive, efficient, and safe.

The Facilities Manager ensures that warehouse staff, fleet partners, and facilities vendors work seamlessly together to support residential, O&M, and commercial field teams - enabling them to stay productive, efficient, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and manage a high-performing warehouse and facilities team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing staff.
- Establish clear goals, priorities, and accountability structures for team members.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture that values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Lead regular team meetings and one-on-ones to align priorities and reinforce organizational values.
- Partner closely with leadership to set strategic goals and deliver results.
- Personally lead and contribute to quarterly goals and key cross-functional projects.
Warehouse & Inventory Oversight
- Oversee inventory accuracy, staging processes, and materials management while delegating daily tasks to warehouse staff.
- Partner with the Procurement Specialist to ensure materials are received, stocked, and staged on time and in full for daily installations and services.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes and ensure team adherence.
- Support Operations Managers by improving workflows and ensuring material readiness per location.
Fleet Management
- Set annual fleet plans, budgets, and strategic priorities in partnership with stakeholders.
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, leasing, and maintenance programs to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and insurance requirements while monitoring Geotab data for driver safety.
- Collaborate with Safety, HR, and team leads on fleet policy development, training, and incident response.
Facilities Oversight
- Ensure both facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, supporting operational efficiency and company culture.
- Oversee relationships with vendors for repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, and construction projects.
- Manage facility access controls and security systems in partnership with IT.
- Support the annual facilities budget and collaborate with landlords and building owners as needed.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to lead teams, set expectations, and drive accountability across multiple functional areas.
- Experience overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, fleet management, and facilities maintenance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of solar PV materials and installation standards (preferred).
- Proficiency with software tools and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Geotab, Enterprise Fleet, and inventory management platforms.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in office, warehouse, and outdoor environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- NABCEP Certification (entry-level or full)
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification
- Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Facilities Management
