Weatherford is seeking a skilled and safety-minded Field Specialist - Pumping Unit Services (PUS) to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of pumping unit systems, skids, and related completion equipment in both shop and field environments. This role is critical to delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction through high-quality service and technical expertise. The PUS Field Specialist operates with autonomy and leadership, often managing field crews and ensuring safe, efficient execution of pumping unit operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and service PUS systems and associated skids in field locations.
- Generate accurate equipment tallies and ensure installations meet well specifications.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of field operations, including completions and workovers.
- Operate effectively on service rigs and wireline units.
- Conduct field maintenance and repairs on both Weatherford-owned and customer-owned PUS rental equipment.
- Complete detailed job reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Support shop operations and assist with equipment deliveries as needed.
- Remain available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs across the Permian Basin.
- Comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy, technical procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform all tasks to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor within the scope of the role.
- Field experience running pumping unit or completion tools in wells.
- Prior experience with PUS systems preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret hydraulic schematics.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Self-starter with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work closely with team members.
