Qualifications and Details about the Position

Responsibilities :

Safety

• Report all Incidents /Accidents immediately to CRC " WSM / DSM " and Brinderson Supervisors. ( Utilize phone Card list to call location supervisor )
• Attend weekly safety meetings on locations.
• Attend Daily communications meeting on location.
• Perform daily Safety Audits .
• Report to work on time .
• Keep " on hand "all needed equipment certification cards during work hours.
• Perform daily forklift Pre-Inspection Cards.
• Turn in forklift Inspection cards to Brinderson Supervisor daily.
• Adhere to all Lock out / Tag Out Standards.
• Attend monthly Utility Operators Operational / Safety meetings.
• Ensure 100% participation in safety scorecard.
• Adhere to all Thums and Brinderson Safety Rules and Policies.
• Professionalism while communicating utilizing all hand held devises.
• Support and Participate with location " Safety Team " .

Operations

• Coordinate daily with W.S.M ( D.S.M. if drilling rig present )

• Assist Production Rigs with all related work and equipment .
• Assist Drilling Rigs with all related work and equipment.
• Pre-Plan rig moves and set-up next well site's .
• Perform general housekeeping as time allows.
• Load and Offload trailers efficiently.
• Maintain mudplant in safe working condition.
• Utilize 3-way meter when physically checking fluid level from tank top hatch.
• Generate any and all kill fluids as required .
• Familiarize with all MSDS sheets for any product handled.
• Update Mudplant / Cable report nightly . ( Give Copy to W.S.M & D.S.M )
• Generate work orders as needed. ( Contact W.S.M or D.S.M or U/T Supervisor )
• Ensure Proper use and care of all Personal Protective Equipment Assigned.
• Maintain large forklifts in good working conditions.
• Assist other departments on location as needed.
• Maintain shipping and receiving areas efficiently.
• Report any kill fluids needed in a timely manner. i.e. ( CaCl , Bulk Salt )
• Report all equipment deficiencies to immediate supervisor. WSM & Brinderson.
• Keep all tubular stored properly in designated areas.
• Insure all Drill Pipe is properly stored and chalked .
• Insure all miscellaneous material are stored in their designated areas.
• Load and off load drill and circulating bins as needed .
• Assist barge operations as needed .
• Perform NORM / GAMMA readings for all related material being shipped.
• Properly complete and fill out material shipping Transfer sheet.
• Check and compare all incoming materials utilizing shipping manifest .
• Communicate with TLC (dispatch ) for any trailers needed .
• Thorough Communication w/ relief on current mudplant / rig work activities .
• Direct vacuum truck drivers as needed. i.e. ( drill / circ and washout bins )
• Class B license ( recommended when assigned to Pier J site's )
• Crane State certification ( required when assigned to OXY.LB )
