Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime based on demand)
$25.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Lead and perform installation of residential HVAC systems according to code and company standards
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and adjust systems for efficient operation
• Ensure job sites and vehicles are clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Complete job documentation, service logs, and reports accurately
• Uphold Vander Hyde's commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Stay current with industry tools, technology, and best practices

• What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
• Valid driver's license with insurable record
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied jobsite conditions
