Function description
- Lead the full-cycle design of advanced offshore vessels-from concept to delivery.
- Engineer hydrodynamic and structural solutions that push the boundaries of performance and sustainability.
- Collaborate with top-tier engineers across disciplines to bring bold ideas to life.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across projects.
- Engage directly with clients, shipyards, and suppliers to deliver world-class results.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in vessel design, preferably in offshore or specialized work vessels.
- Willing to commute to work at least 4 days a week.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
