The Field Specialist II - Thru Tubing is responsible for delivering high-quality operational support and technical services in the oilfield. Depending on experience level, this role ranges from entry-level with direct supervision to senior-level with leadership and advisory responsibilities. Field Specialists perform job planning, tool preparation, equipment operation, and data reporting, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence. Senior-level specialists may act as client-facing technical advisors, oversee wellsite operations, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality operations by adhering to company HSE, compliance, and corporate governance standards.
• Protect employees, clients, and the environment in all operational activities.
• Actively participate in safety meetings, JHAs, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Plan, prepare, mobilize, and execute field jobs efficiently.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and tools according to procedures.
• Analyze and monitor field data, recommending improvements and solutions.
• Prepare and submit all job-related documentation, including reports, service tickets, logs, and failure reports.
• Maintain service quality as a top priority and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage wellsite inventory and supplies effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, being available on a 24/7 call basis as required.
• Mentor and guide junior crew members, where applicable.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations when needed.
• Ensure financial accountability for expenses, budgets, and approvals.
• Submit accurate and timely expense documentation.
• Take ownership of personal career development through training and performance discussions.
• Engage team members in coaching, succession planning, and talent retention (for supervisors).
• Demonstrate leadership, integrity, and alignment with company values at all times.

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting thru-tubing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, well plans, and operational data .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing equipment or operational issues.
• Competence in preparing, reviewing, and submitting operational reports, service tickets, and logs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with rig crews, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to mentor or assist junior crew members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in thru-tubing operations and wellsite services (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of completion, intervention, and remedial operations in oil & gas wells.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, compliance, and safe work practices in wellsite environments.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and alignment with company values.
