This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will implement the defined digital sales strategy in their specified market scope effectively, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Acts as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth. Responsible for the direct sales for assigned digital sales customers.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Identify and develop new potential digital markets, customers, and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote digital offerings
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing ongoing support and tailored Digital solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications for the Role
- Experience and solid networking in a sales role, preferably in the industrial or IT/OT sector.
- Strong ability in building and selling digital solutions anticipating unexpressed customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
- Familiarity with major CRM tools and data analysis software.
- Experience within software development lifecycle (design, architecture, development, and deployment) or IT technical sales is desirable. Knowledge of Cyber Security, Predictive Maintenance, Sustainability and Manufacturing Digital Applications are a plus.
