Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Decision Analyst through September, 12th at 11:59 p.m.

The role will perform decision, economic and probabilistic analysis for oil and gas assets.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Handle decision making process on facilities and drilling scope and schedule definition, commercial and fiscal negotiations.
• Update and maintain four Decision Analysis (DA) economic models for: 1) overall project economics 2) incremental economics of each incremental stage; and 3) well economics on all phases of project.
• Conduct Decision Analysis (DA) training and share-knowledge sessions for Venezuela workforce and mentoring for prospective DA practitioners.

Required qualifications:

• English proficiency
• 5 years of experience in similar roles
• 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Ability to travel (40% of the time to be spent in joint ventures and 60% in headquarters)
• College degree.

Relocation Options:

Relocation will be considered to Caracas.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
