The Planning Manager for MSOL is responsible for leading the planning function at BRMC and imported M&A and FMP products, ensuring alignment with regional and global S&OP strategies. This role oversees demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory optimization for pressure transmitters, remote seals, manifolds, and temperature products assembled in Sorocaba. The Planning Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams across Latin America to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the planning team in developing and executing production plans aligned with business forecasts and backlog priorities.
- Manage Oracle ASCP and other planning tools to ensure accurate material availability and capacity planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, including lead time reduction, safety stock optimization, and ITO performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to support new product introductions and localization strategies.
- Monitor and report key planning KPIs, including DOH, E&O, and FG inventory aging, to global stakeholders.
- Support LATAM-wide initiatives, including Kanban Supermarket rollout, tariff mitigation strategies, and intercompany coordination.
- Act as a key liaison with global planning leaders to ensure best practices are adopted.
- Provide leadership and development to the planning team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or operations roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/ASCP.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills
- Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and intercompany operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA , and /or APICS certification is a plus (or willingness to pursue).
- Location: Sorocaba, SP.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Power BI skills (may considered a plus)
- Advanced Spanish language (may considered a plus)
- Experience with instrumentation products and regulatory environments (e.g., tariffs, local content requirements) will be considered a strong asset.
