Working with a highly centralized accounting system in an international context.

Activities

• Processing purchase invoices ( verification of prices)
• Prepare & upload incoming & outgoing payments (direct debit & mandates)
• Maintains customer, supplier & intercompany accounts
• Working together with GL Accountant to ensure good month end closing
• Working together with Back Office regarding customer account requests.
• Mandatory reports (annual accounts)
• Ad-Hoc requests
• Ensuring back up of documentation
• Back-up General Accountant

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor accountancy or equivalent with experience
• Basic knowledge EXCEL
• Team worker
• Flexible
• Punctual & organized
• Stress resistant
• Proactive
• Dutch/French
