JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide assistance in implementation of effective maintenance operation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Working knowledge and skills of job to be performed. Multi-craft skills preferred with a focus on HVAC service and installation. Work experience, training, and certifications will be considered.
