In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Receive customer requirements and generate quotes according to their needs.
  • Manage special requirements on listed products.
  • Performs research, calculation and product selection.
  • Assists customers with questions related to the price list.
  • Performs margin calculation for products and special orders.
  • Determination of PED category.
  • Validation of compliance with IBR if necessary.
  • Coordinate the internal technical support, necessary for special applications with the different support departments (Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.)
  • Analysis of technical documents on regulations, product application conditions and special requirements.
  • Support other application engineers and the sales channel on products with special requirements.
  • Support the Order Entry team.
  • Quote projects, provide required documentation, and follow up once the order is entered


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Mechanical, chemical, or related engineering degree.
  • Basic knowledge of PED certification.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, filters, charts, conditionals, reports, etc.).
  • Advanced English skills (reading, writing, and fluent conversation) are essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills.
  • Customer service.
  • Communication.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ease of speech.
  • Adaptation to change.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Technical support for quotations.
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics.
  • Knowledge of metallurgy.
  • Technical knowledge of valves and steam products.
  • Knowledge of metalworking industry standards.
  • ERP (SAP/Oracle).
